2. Intellectual Property, Copyright & Rule 11
All elements comprising this website — wildlife and landscape photography, field journals, taxonomic records, official logo, structure, and metadata — are original works protected under French Intellectual Property law (Articles L.111-1 et seq.) and international copyright treaties.
All photographs featured on TheLittle83.fr were taken in the wild across the Var department by Cyril Garnier in strict accordance with Rule 11 (Option 1). They remain his exclusive and inalienable intellectual property.
AI Training & Web Scraping Opt-Out:
Automated data scraping, text and data mining, and the use of any photograph or editorial text from TheLittle83 to train or fine-tune generative artificial intelligence models are strictly prohibited without prior written license.
3. Wildlife Ethics & Protection of Sensitive Habitats
TheLittle83 rigorously follows bird protection recommendations from the LPO and the French Office for Biodiversity (OFB). Animal welfare always takes absolute precedence over obtaining an image.
In accordance with conservation protocols, metric GPS coordinates of breeding burrows, nests, or vulnerable colonies (including European Bee-eaters, Little Terns, Black-winged Stilts, or raptors) are deliberately withheld. Only designated public observatories and sanctioned trails are shared.
4. Hosting, Infrastructure & Privacy (GDPR)
Hosting infrastructure: High-performance distributed static application served via secure global CDN. High-resolution photographic media served via optimized Cloudinary Ltd. cloud infrastructure.
Audience measurement & GDPR Consent Mode: TheLittle83 uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) configured with strict GDPR Consent Mode. By default, advertising storage, user data, ad personalization, and analytics storage are strictly denied until explicit opt-in via our consent prompt. IP addresses are anonymized.
Correspondence form: Information submitted through the inquiry form is used strictly to answer your messages. In compliance with GDPR, you may request access, rectification, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing contact@thelittle83.fr.
5. Fine Art Prints & Licensing Requests
Certified limited-edition fine art prints of all photographs featured on TheLittle83 are available for collectors on archival baryta papers (Hahnemühle / Canson Infinity).
For editorial, conservation, or institutional licensing, reproduction requests must be submitted directly to the publisher via the correspondence form.
